My beloved children,
Under My Mantle, I hold today the most urgent causes of the planet, which have gravely wounded the Heart of God in this 2023, a moment when humanity is confused and lost, in which intolerance and violence prevail, rather than love, truth and justice.
Behold, under My Mantle, each one of the situations that the Hierarchy attends to, although such situations also bring it a sense of urgency.
Behold the clamor of all peoples, nations, families and those who cry out for help.
Behold, children, the great need of humanity and of the whole planet.
Today, I come here to show you this, so that you may contemplate it with Me in prayer and, even more, in supplication, because the world needs an immediate solution. And know that not only My Heart, but also the Hearts of all the Hierarchies, are attentive to each moment and each situation.
I come to hold each one of the urgent causes under My Mantle, because the world and humanity cannot find a way out, can no longer see the path of peace and harmony.
This is why, children, despite the seriousness of the situation, all those who have prayed in the year that is now concluding, have sustained, together with the Mother of God, each one of the causes of the souls that cry out and ask for help.
This is why God, the Father, once again sends His holy angels to Earth, so that, through His legions and all His commands, they may help humanity, which is losing the values of loyalty, unity and understanding, which are essential foundations for human fraternity and the common good.
I want you to know, My children, that the true prayerful beings committed in daily life and throughout the ages, have helped the Mother of God very much in all that which your Heavenly Mother attends to at this crucial moment of humanity.
My children, I am here, at the doors of the last day of 2023, so that a new year of greater love, greater justice and hope may begin, because souls, peoples and nations must no longer continue to break the Law, and thus distance themselves from the Truth and the Wisdom that God can give them.
Therefore, this is the time and the hour to sustain the bridge that is breaking, so that this union between Heaven and Earth may be re-established at every moment and in every need.
Do not allow love to die in you or in your brothers and sisters.
In the name of My Son Jesus, the King of the Universe, I tell you again to love one another as He loved and still loves you. There is no other way out, My children, because many, many among My children in the world have lost the essence of Love.
And this essence of Love, which is the essence of life and of all creation, needs to re-emerge in the hearts that have distanced themselves from God, in the hearts that have closed and do not open to listen to the Good News of the Return of Christ, because they have lost faith, because they have lost love, because they have lost hope.
Tomorrow, December 31st, the last day of 2023, I ask souls, in the inner worlds, not to forget the Higher Universes that will be attentive, once again, to the voice of supplications.
Great Mercy is needed. Souls need Grace and they need to recover love, to be reborn in Christ, who is arriving.
Children, once again I will be with you tomorrow, as the Aurora that announces what is new, as the dawn that brings life and renewal, as the Breath of God that announces the Advent of Christ.
On the day of the Mother of the Divine Conception of the Trinity, the Altars of God will be open, because the angels will open their doors to welcome the offerings of hearts and, above all, of the Blessed Sacrament of the Eucharist, which will be offered for a higher goal, for a higher good, for a higher purpose.
May 2024, a year that foretells the Return of Christ, be a year of greater mercy and peace, greater fraternity and justice in the world, especially for the most innocent and for families.
Behold the Mother and Lady of the impossible causes, your Advocate, Mediator between souls and God, Consolation for the afflicted, Hope of the poor, Refuge of families, the Mirror of the Justice of God.
I wish the good for everyone. I am here and I Am your Mother, the Mother who does not stop, and does not take rest, the Queen of Peace.

On the eve of the Nativity of the Lord, may values of brotherhood and love, solidarity and understanding be born in hearts and also in families, so that peace may be achieved in the world.
Therefore, with your gaze fixed on the Holy Manger, reconsecrate your lives as a family to the Holy Family of Nazareth, so that all the values that today are dissolving in the world may once again emerge through the consciousness of My children.
Through the contemplation of the Holy Manger, you will receive on this day the same as the Holy Family received as inspiration from God, for We had the Grace to be part of the great event that simply changed the history of humankind.
My children, I would like you, in these last days of the novena for the reconsecration of families, to place in your prayers and within the essence of the Holy Manger all those in humanity who today will not be able to experience the Nativity of the Lord, due to their life situations and conditions.
I would like the Light, which descended in the humble grotto of Bethlehem, to descend upon the families who need it most at this moment.
As always, I will be united to each one of My children, to all those who in this next Nativity of the Lord will solemnly celebrate the Birth of Jesus, so that Christ may be born again in the hearts of all My children, so that there may be a more just, fraternal and serving humanity.

To My beloved children of Argentina
Dear children:
In these recent times, My Maternal and Immaculate Heart has accompanied, step by step, the social and spiritual situation of My beloved Argentina.
Today, I want to tell you that, at each moment, I have suffered with you the regression that the country has lived in recent years and, above all, I have contemplated the needs that the most vulnerable have experienced, as well as the entire families that have been forced to abandon My beloved Argentina due to the insecurity and the lack of future.
However, many of you remained in the country and, like the apostles in the Sea of Galilee, have faced the hard storm of the country and of all its people.
Argentina is the food provider of the world, and this will never change. This is why, on this day of decisions for each one of My Argentinian children, I want to tell you that, despite the situations of wars and emergencies that the Divinity attends, My Heart of a Mother will be with each one of you, because in the last four years, which were painful to My children of Argentina, your Heavenly Mother closely accompanied the experience and anguish of each son and daughter of Mine.
This is why, once again, My beloveds, I call you on this day not only to invoke the discernment of the Holy Spirit, but I also call you to pray with Me.
Therefore, this Sunday, in a special way, I invite all prayerful beings, and especially My children of Argentina, the Light-Network of this country, to unite in prayer, by praying a Mystery of the Holy Rosary together with the visionaries of this Work.
In this way, My appeal to God will be so that Argentina and all its people may live a greater time of Peace, Justice and Grace, so that the angel of Argentina may have the necessary strength and support of all My children of Argentina so that the country may rise spiritually and materially again, so that harmony, the common good and a fraternal spirit may be the bases that allow the country to recover the hope and peace it has lost.

With the Water of Life, the Mother of God will purify souls, so that they may recover the innocence that is so necessary and that is disappearing from the world.
Dear children, I will take you by the hand to Massabielle so that, like Bernadette, you may wash your faces with the healing water of Lourdes, because by washing your faces you will be washing away the sins of humanity and the offenses that the planet receives.
My children, your Heavenly Mother returns to Lourdes to pray for the sick planet and for the dissociated human mind, so that the creatures may recover peace and goodness, the inner communion with the Divine Laws.
I come once again to Lourdes to make known to the world the way of reconciliation and to remind My children that inner healing is possible. Thus there will be a more peaceful and less vengeful world, thus there will be a more fraternal and less indifferent humanity.
I will pray in Lourdes for the healing of those who have not yet experienced it, because it is My desire as a Mother that all may have the Grace to be healed and redeemed.

My dear and beloved children,
Today, with the golden Mantle and light blue Tunic of your Most Holy Mother, I come as the Mother and Lady of Ukraine.
I come to ask you that during these coming days of prayer and invocation to the Divine and unfathomable Mercy of My Son, you may place in your prayers the whole Christian religion of Ukraine so that, in the face of the tragedy of the war and destruction of peoples and families, My children of the Ukrainian Church may act in conformity with the Will of God, so that the Charity and Love of My Son not be replaced by the ideals and alliances of the war.
Unfortunately, certain political and religious pressures leave the apostles of the Universal Church of My Son vulnerable, because they are prevented from acting in a sensible way and with Mercy.
At this moment, as the Mother and Lady of Ukraine, I come to implore all Christians for fraternal unity so that the religions and beliefs may not adapt to the format of war and ideologies of vengeance. This is not what My Son has taught you all.
By the Passion and Death of Christ, may the rulers no longer use religion as a weapon of war and of mental pressure on the peoples of this humanity.
For this reason, we must pray with greater conviction and with greater awareness, because the Lady of Ukraine sees how Christianity and ecumenism are used so as to achieve personal objectives.
May the prayer of these days disarm these plans of My enemy.
As always, I am and will be close to all who unite to My Heart.

A stage closes after the impulses and revelations lived in Garabandal.
Now, after this door has been opened, it is the aspiration of your Heavenly Mother that, at a later stage, Garabandal may continue to be visited, so that the knowledge that this Sanctuary holds within itself may be revealed to all.
For this reason, the mission carried out up to today has allowed for important spiritual bases to be established upon the surface, and for the angelic consciousness to have been able to approach the earthly sphere, to right away begin to prepare the emergence of the New Earth in the hearts of all devotees of the Virgin of Carmel of Garabandal.
This moment, experienced and shared with all people of Garabandal, left internally sown not just a seed of fraternity so that it may later on germinate. At some moment, when it has grown enough, it will bear fruits, which will be helpful and of spiritual benefit, not only for the people of Garabandal, but for all who welcome My Maternal Message, My call in Garabandal.
I invite you to keep praying for all that must still awaken so that, someday, through the angelic help, Garabandal may be in the spiritual place and space that it truly represents.

Dear children,
May the Sacred Protective Mantle of My Son, at this moment, heal and protect all those who continue to go through this pandemic.
My consolation and love of a Mother are within each heart that, at this moment, experiences disease and suffering.
This is why I ask, in a special way, that the Sacred Mantle of Christ may heal and relieve those who need spiritual and physical help, because souls must come out strengthened after this experience with the pandemic.
My Heart and My Life pray for you at every moment, asking and begging the Father to send His healing angels so that they may be by the side of the sick people and so that, through the angelic help, souls may have enough strength to go through this new school that all of humanity, since two years ago, has been facing.
As a Mother, I also pray for other causes that aggravate the situation of the planet and humanity. I pray for all the movement that nature fiercely carries out so that, in the inner planes, order and peace may be established, for climate change to no longer be the reason or cause for thousands of this who are displaced and underprivileged.
I also beg God for the most vulnerable and I ask for the Blessed Protective Mantle of Christ to protect and safeguard those who violently experience the end of times.
This moment, dear children, leads everyone to consider and think of others, not as a problem, but rather as the need to bring them love, support and, not only spiritual, but also material refuge.
When a fraternal consciousness really exists in this humanity, I assure you that many situations will be solved, meanwhile, the most vulnerable are subjected by those who take advantage of the chaos and disseminate it throughout the world.

Unexpectedly, I meet you in Germany, after you visited Me recently in Medjugorje. The Mother of God returns your visit at a crucial moment for humanity, in which misinformation, chaos and fear overwhelm millions of My children.
For this reason, I come from Heaven, not only for a Germany that I love with all My Heart and for which I pray, so that it recovers the Purpose of God, but I also come for all of Europe and all of Asia, for the souls subjected and persecuted in war and by the conflicts invented by humankind of the surface.
I want to tell all My children that I am the Queen of Peace, that you seek My Heart, because My Heart is for you.
Germany, throughout the last years, has been a host country for the most helpless, but this is not enough, My children, it is necessary that the other nations of Europe and the world be host countries so that everyone may live as a more inclusive, fraternal and charitable humanity.
I pray every day that the most hardened hearts may be opened so that they may feel the most helpless and poor, just as your Heavenly Mother feels for them.
If this step of fraternity is taken by the great nations of the world, humanity will not experience more pandemics, it will no longer know pain.

Dear children,
In the sacred solemnity of the month of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, may the life of each child of Mine be converted into this awaited for tabernacle so that the Most Sacred Heart of Christ may be kept as a divine spiritual relic, that pulsates within each human heart.
This tabernacle, which each one must prepare, so that Christ may live within each soul, has to be built through some important but simple principles that will make of this inner space a favorite place for My Son.
These principles, which you must practice in daily life, are:
1. The prayer of the heart, which is a mature prayer of a consciousness that commits itself every day to the expression of the divine word, of a consciousness that understands, beyond itself, the emergency of these times, that everything may be filled inside and out by the sacred word of prayer.
2. A life of fraternal inclusion and service, of the ability to serve without conditions, of the opportunity that can be given to every person, beyond their mental or inner conditions. It is the ability for each soul to have its place to express itself in life.
3. Obedience, which is an attribute that is not often lived by most, but living obedience, even in the smallest details, means to be preparing oneself, in a detached and austere manner, to someday obey Higher Commands, or even to direct these Commands, that we call Armies of Light.
In simple words, dear children, they represent living in the Law of Hierarchy in order to learn to live in the Will of God.
With these three attributes or principles, applied with effort in daily life, you will build a safe tabernacle for My Son to deposit His most infinite spiritual treasures, the treasures that will rebuild all of humanity.

Prayer is the great key that opens the door of the Heavens.
When your prayer is sincere and without haste, it is a selfless prayer. It produces great effects through the soul that practices and lives it. It is the way you can be in contact with the Heavens in these times of definition.
Sincere prayer will always place you on the correct path again and in the correct spiritual vibration. It will protect you from yourselves and from the other events that are approaching.
Prayer is the true vaccine against any adverse epidemic, because as you pray, My children, you elevate the consciousness and the space that surrounds you, generating an important vortex so that the angelic universe can transmute darkness.
When this prayer is offered in group, beyond distances, its effects are global and many benefits are established within those souls that were already condemned.
You should become aspirants of the mysteries of prayer, because prayer, remember, at this world moment, is the essential and primary nourishment of the humanity in transition.
I invite you to pray without causes or conditions. I call you, My children, to offer your lives as a constant prayer so that your examples may be consolation for God, offended and injured by the world’s indifference.
During this Christmas, offer your prayers for the refugee children and families, for the grave humanitarian crises, which multiply faster than fraternity and the good.
Relieve, through the Rosary, the undignified life and pain of refugee women, of those who have nothing and are neither accepted nor welcomed.

There are moments in life in which it seems there is no meaning or reason for why some experiences take place. But in these situations that are presented, the soul lives a school that it needs in order to be able to grow and mature in its commitment with Christ.
The motive or the reason for something painful being presenting in life is so that love may be able to return to the consciousness with more expression, because love teaches the importance of considering others and of putting ourselves in our neighbors' place, so that one day you may feel what others feel.
This school is the most demanding for the human being, because humanity has always done the opposite, fighting for its own benefit and result, forgetting about its neighbor.
When this school, of strong and painful experiences, begins to be attended, it is because the moment of living a greater experience has come, which will place the soul in a level of consciousness that will allow it to see and comprehend life from another perspective.
For this reason, you must open yourselves to be impelled by this school, the one which at times could seem too tough or difficult, but the essence of this learning is to no longer have to live some experiences, but rather to be with your heart wide open in order to collaborate and cooperate with the fraternity and the well being of all. Thus, you may get out of yourselves.

Dear children,
Never forget the power that Faith has. It is like a flame that illuminates the end of these times.
Faith is a higher principle that can support you and keep you in direct contact with God.
Faith is unchangeable and not fleeting. Its foundations come from the Holy Spirit and it acts on all levels of the being.
Faith is cultivated by prayer, which awakens Faith and trust in what is spiritual and invisible.
In Faith, there are important aspects that lead you into finding charity, solidarity, harmony, fraternity and compassion, among other inner principles that make of a person a consciousness capable of recognizing the Grace that brings about Faith, and the opportunity for the being to become reconciled through Faith with themselves and with the universe.
For this reason, Faith is a powerful stream that never ends, because it is not something that happens only once, Faith is something never-ending. The soul can be in communion with Faith each day of their lives.

God came down from Heaven and became a man among humankind to be crucified, humiliated and abused by those who received His miracles and blessings.
God poured out every drop of His Blood, through His Son, and that very Blood redeemed and is redeeming, up until today, all those who invoke It so as to be purified.
God poured out His Water, through His Son, so that humanity could be newly blessed by the Consoling Holy Spirit, and then His Spirit descended at Pentecost.
Only so great, patient, humble and merciful a Love could have done what was done and, in this time, it is done again, because God loves His children through Christ.
Thus, in these days, the Crucified One again endures and suffers, this time through the sacrifice of His Spirit for humanity, so that souls may again find the path of return to the Celestial Father.
And by means of this path that Christ offers, by means of the Sacraments, let hearts reconsider and see that without fraternity or solidarity it will be impossible to continue onward with this beloved Project of Creation that is the human race.
The awareness and the faith of those who believe in Christ will allow them to live this change, and the doors of Grace will be held open so that what is written and foreseen can occur.
Thus, children, let the Passion of Christ make you understand the passion that the planet is living today and, in this way, the majority may manage to bring about the relief that the whole planet cries out for.

I come to ask, dear children, that at this moment you be at peace and continue to pray the Holy Rosary every day so that the pandemic may end in the world, so that the souls most affected by this situation and the souls that live in marginalization and poverty may receive the help of Divine Providence, as well as the necessary salvation in this end time.
I come to ask, now more than ever, that you not lose faith and that you trust, because the Almighty and His Hosts of Light are intervening in this situation.
This is the cycle of solidarity and fraternity among the beings of humanity. It is the time for practicing equality of conditions and of sharing all that each one has, without holding anything back, because at the end of these times, solidarity and fraternity among souls will allow the whole human race to go through the purification of these times. Otherwise, those who keep everything for themselves will one day be lacking.
Thus, I call you to be conscious and loving in all of this.

When God thought of creating the humanity of the Surface, He thought of a Project, of a perfect Plan, which could emerge during the development of the entire life of the human being.
This Plan is still valid, in spite of the errors and the events lived by the human being itself.
It is a Plan broadly based upon the real experience of love and forgiveness.
The Plan predicts that all human beings will be forgiven, as after many experiences, the human being needs self-forgiveness, within the field of its consciousness, so that it can feel free from the errors committed and free from all guilt.
But this guiding thread that unites and fulfills the life of the human being is the Divine Consciousness of Christ, which even incarnated in this humanity to bring a message that should be applied within daily life. This message deepened through the surrender of Jesus Christ.
This Plan must still be expressed and fulfilled in all of humanity and, although this may seem unattainable in this cycle, the Spiritual Hierarchy gives an impulse and concretizes this Plan of Love through the groups of souls and of consciousnesses that have the commitment of manifesting this Universal Plan, in some way.
Today we are before an example of one of the Plans of God, an example that will be represented by the special Meeting of Music of today, which will mirror one of the most emblematic cultures and roots of ancient times: the African culture, which, being a part of the Project of God, also lived its clashes and decadent periods, and today, under the spirit of established fraternity and brotherhood, it will attain this inner experience with the love and forgiveness that all creatures need.
For this reason, the Meeting of Music that will be offered today will open the celestial doors so that beloved Africa may recover the original attributes and values which had once constituted it as an emblematic and sacred race.
In the loving and faithful surrender of each singer and instrumentalist, the Spiritual Hierarchy will bring toward the Earth all the principles that My children from Africa experienced.
This will benefit the soul of each child of Mine from Africa, who lives the result of traumatic and painful experiences, produced by the trafficking of persons and by the selling of their people for a profit that is outside of all laws and context.
This Meeting of Music of today will grant to Africa the reintegration of its spiritual consciousness, the matrix that once formed the origin of this race, which had the mission of being the bridge between the Material Universe and the Spiritual Universe.
By means of the offering that will be made today, the Divine Universes will intercede through the spontaneous exercise of joy and the loving offer of the Choir of Angolans. The Divinity, for the first time, has found a way to grant the ancient spiritual freedom and the healing of wounded hearts.
All this is possible through the offering of the Meeting of Music of today.
May all feel as a part of Africa, and may all recover the roots that the Celestial Father once created so that, in the values of equality and unity, all of His children might be happy.
