Sacred Oceans – Part II
In the deep waters of the oceans, all marine life creates the conditions so that in the seabed, through the living beings, a balance that is vital for the sustenance of the planet and the purification of waters may be established.
On the spiritual and nonmaterial levels it happens in the same way, as the Mirrors and Intra-oceanic Precincts play a vital role in the physical-spiritual sustenance of humanity.
These Intra-oceanic Precincts are connected to all physical life present at the bottom of the oceans, and certain sea species, such as dolphins, whales, turtles and other beings of the Animal Kingdom, represent, on the inner level, the guardians of these intra-oceanic spaces.
The same happens with the marine corals and with the so-called plankton, plant species of very high spiritual vibration that act not only physically, generating balance, but also on the spiritual level, generating harmony among the different oceans.
In this sense, each species, element or Kingdom present within the depths of the oceans, is part of a great ecosystem of spiritual life, whose presence is irreplaceable on this type of planet, as is the Earth.
If today, within the oceans, there are imbalances among the species, this is part of a degeneration that the first human beings caused in the origins of the Earth; because within the scale of evolution, all manifested Kingdoms were correctly designed to live in harmony and not in conflict.
However, in spite of the maladjustments that exist among the Kingdoms of Nature within the oceans and the imbalances caused by the contamination and the exploitation of the seas, the Intra-oceanic Precincts, guided by the Spiritual Hierarchy, collaborates to the essential awakening of the balance and harmony lost after many experiences.
These Intra-oceanic Precincts, which are not physical but spiritual, have inhabited certain regions of the planet for a long time, and as poles of the Spiritual Hierarchy and Mirrors that capture the impulses of the Universe, they generate an atmosphere of greater protection and safeguard for all that has to evolve within consciousness, as well as in all manifested life.
The Intra-oceanic Precincts are like great magnets that attract toward themselves, from the universe, the cosmic currents that nourish and repair spiritual life so that a greater balance may be established.
The counterpart of these Intra-oceanic places is made manifest through the whales and the dolphins, sea species that have the physical and mental ability of retransmitting very potent impulses of peace and harmony, which are emitted by the Intra-oceanic Precincts, and through these species, these impulses of light travel miles until they can reach the other side of the world.
Sea life and intra-oceanic life constitute one of the great discoveries that the human being will have to awaken within themselves so that, becoming aware of what the Creation of God truly represents, they begin to love it and respect it, so that the cycle of evolution of the species may never be altered again and, in this way, the evolution of the planet may never be altered again.
Everything will start from the consciousness and the maturity that human beings may be able to awaken in relation to the Kingdoms.

Today, I come to the world for the surface human beings who are suffering from genocide, annihilation and exile.
In this cycle, I come to pray and intercede with all the strength of My Heart for all those that, in these modernistic times, suffer the consequences from other human beings.
If in these times and this cycle, this kind of massacre is occurring, just like what the Animal Kingdom experiences daily, the debt of humanity and the nations that promote these kinds of actions will grow disproportionately and the debt will become unpayable. That is to say, nobody will be able to take charge of this situation.
If these events occur between siblings in these times, it means that humanity has gone backwards in space-time and has generated a state of spiritual involution never seen before.
The same thing is happening with the Animal Kingdom, which since ancient times, is the main worldwide object of massacres never seen before and done in the most unthinkable ways. That is the reason for which humanity pays the price of its acts with its own blood, increasing the action of Universal Justice on this suffering blue planet.
Moreover, this world continues in this Solar System because of an inexplicable Grace which could never be understood and which allows this race to survive itself.
The presence of certain outstanding souls in this humanity, in this time, allows a planetary vortex to be created which supports, alleviates and transmutes the planetary reality, to the point of dissolving irreversible spiritual and physical situations.
But when the day comes for Universal Justice, that vortex of Light, which is supported by various souls in the world, will be deactivated and humanity will become awake and aware of its gravest errors.
At that moment, we must pray, because those souls that are present in this period of the planet will carry out their great and last task for humanity.

Dear children,
With all the joy and motherhood of My Immaculate Heart, I come today again to meet you in this hospital of sick souls so that, under the glory of the Father, of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, all these consciousnesses, as well as the sick consciousnesses of this world, may receive the Grace of liberation.
I wanted to come back to this place of the mentally ill to teach you, dear children, that humanity suffers this illness throughout time because these souls do not receive love, compassion, or affection soul to soul.
Nowadays, the greater part of humanity is going through serious mental problems due to several spiritual and human factors.
The first factor that has a great influence on the mental sanity of souls is the lack of love and of daily prayer.
The second factor that affects humanity of this planet is the destruction of mainly the Planet and the Animal Kingdoms; this opens great uncertain doors over the human consciousness, which day after day and without stopping, annihilates millions of animals in the world, generating in these small consciousnesses not only suffering, but also an indescribable horror.
The third factor that affects the human mentality is the lack of consciousness or of attention in daily attitudes, in generating hate, enmity, in material and economic failure; these factors open more doors, which cause humanity to become a primitive civilization, capable of self-destruction through their actions.
The cure for all of this, My children, is communion with Creation and especially with nature.
Your Heavenly Mother comes to the world to help it in the great spiritual and mental disease that it is going through.
It is in this way that My Heart of a Mother has much compassion for those who suffer these difficulties. These souls offered themselves for many others to balance the errors of humanity, but mental difficulties are also the product of human spiritual blindness, of the lack of inner peace, and of a deep grief.
As Mother of all the sick, dear children, I want your consciousnesses to wake up to reality and every day to change a little bit more, to make your paths victorious ones to Christ and to the Father God.
May all of you accept the human mistake and, in wise penance, a greater number of souls of this planet may repair, at least with their prayers, what the majority of consciousnesses commit through actions against the Lower Kingdoms and against humanity itself.
In the name of the Light of God I need you, dear children, to take that step for Me!
As I am the Heavenly Mother, I know that not all humanity will change, and that all the planet experiences today, and what it will experience, is because of carelessness, negligence, and terror.
I ask you, My beloved pilgrims, that your groups of prayer become cells of My Divine Consciousness, that you may carry out your daily and weekly prayers for the whole of the planet, so that the majority of souls acquires the Grace of awakening and of a greater consciousness.
Today, in spite of how I see the world, I leave here more tranquil, because I see a sincere and ardent response from My children of São José do Rio Preto, something that all are invited to live.
I love you, I love you very much and with all the Infinite Love of God, I give you the Graces of My Heart.
Have faith and persevere, unite above yourselves; be bearers of My Celestial Peace.
I will always be with you until the end of days.
