In this cycle, I go to meet the most lost sheep within and outside of the Church. I go after the most sinful souls so that they may reflect and be in time to experience a true inner repentance.

I come to give encouragement, hope and motivation to those who must cross the definite threshold of the times because the more souls that are redeemed and repent, the greater will be the Victory of Christ in the world, and time of the coming purification with be decreased.

Today, in My Soul and in My Heart, I receive a beautiful flower, created and inspired by the love of My prayerful children, especially those children who are just awaking to the knowledge of My universal Love.
By this, I want to tell you, dear children, that I am always with those who are awaking to a higher life, and that My Work is supported, as columns of light, by those who have already awaken and are part of My armies of Light on Earth.
In this way, your Heavenly Mother, through the example of the awakening of hearts to a Greater Love, shows you as Cosmic Gardener, how I sow immaterial seeds in all the hearts of the world, and how this love that they gradually discover for the first time, brings them back again to Me, to My maternal garden of Love.
Afterwards, I entrust the souls that awaken to the precious and loving care of Christ, so that at some moment in their lives, they may discover that there is something greater, infinite, and unknown within themselves, through the discovery that the prayer of the heart provides them.
On this day, I receive in My Heart the love of My children, those who were waiting for Me at noon to feel My maternal Love, which comforts them and impels them to continue onward.

In this sense, the rain that touches this soil today brings a spiritual blessing for Brazil; because I know, as Patroness of this nation, that this beloved and dear country of Mine is going through, in these end times, the greatest proof of faith in God and in the destiny of all this beloved Brazilian people.
That is why, unconditionally, I am here; because My Divine and Immaculate Spirit is present in every Marian Sanctuary and Center in Brazil, through the presence of the most humble and simple pilgrims.

Here is the Mother who cures and the Mother who heals the deepest wounds of the heart.
Here is the tireless Mother who guides souls onto the good path.
Here is the Mother of the Church and the Mother of the Apostles, Mother of the Missionaries, Mother of the Servants of the Light.
Here is the Mother of Grace and of Mercy, the Mother who consoles, the Redeeming Mother.
Here is the Mother of Peace, the Mother of Hope, the Mother who envisages the Truth in those who seek It.
Here is the Mother of the Purity that purifies Her children in order to consecrate
them to the Heart of God.
Here is the Mother who releases from captivity those who are imprisoned in themselves.
Here is the Mother who builds in hearts and in souls the bridges towards God.
Here is the Mother of the humble and the Mother of those who are simple, Mother of those who love, Mother of those who surrender themselves and of those who consecrate themselves to God.

Mother of the Carmel, Mother of all those who aspire to the path of the spirit.
Here is the Mother of the Light and the Mother of the helpless, Mother of those who are imprisoned, Mother of the suffering.
Here is the Mother of Wisdom and the Mother of Discernment, the Mother of the Law and Mediator Mother before the Celestial Father.
Here is the Mother of the Renounced, Mother of the Surrendered, Mother of all the Consecrated.
Here is the Mother of Redemption, Mother of Liberation, Mother of the Swords of the Light.
Here is the Mother of Defense and the Mother of Intercession.
Here is the Mother of the poorest, Mother of the forgotten in the world.

Here and now is the Lady of Peace, who comes to this meeting today to be with Her simplest children, to listen to the voice of their prayers, to bless them all in the name of love.
Here, children, is the Mother that always hears you, the Mother who comes to your aid to remove you from any suffering and pain.
Here is the always Virgin Mary, the One Who descends from Heaven to be rejoicing together with Her children, to give each soul what it needs.
Here is the Mother of the Holy Rosary, the One Who stretches out Her arms to you so that you may hold on tight and raise your consciousness to God.
Here is the Mother who eternally loves you, the Mother who awaits you every day in prayer.
Here is the Mother who shepherds you and guides you on the path of forgiveness and of reconciliation.
May this day be a celestial party, may the Portals of Light and of Healing open over this city and may no soul lose the Grace of liberating themselves from their self forever.
May we, all together, build over this town of Carmo da Cachoeira the arc of Peace and of the Mercy of God.

It is through your most sincere “yes” that your Mother can show the world the path of redemption and purity.
It is through your most sincere “yes” that your Mother can express Her warmest work of love in all the world for souls and for the Kingdoms.
It is through your most sincere “yes” that your Mother is able to submerge with all Her Consciousness into the deepest abysses of the Earth and rescue the unrescuable.
It is through your most sincere “yes” that your Mother is able, through prayer, to teach you to redeem the most archaic aspects of life, so that your souls may be free to express that which they really are.
It is through your most sincere “yes” that your Mother, during each new Vigil of Prayer, offers the Eternal Father the possibility of dismantling the great plans of My adversary.
It is through your most sincere “yes” that your Mother has the permission to act on the planet and in the most dormant humanity, through the ardent devotion and the inner joy of simple hearts.
Dear children, although it does not seem so, the “yes” of humanity could change the events of this world, and its effects would reach beyond the nations, the peoples and even the continents.
Each new “yes” pronounced by souls and expressed through a physical presence in the Vigils of Prayer for Peace in the Nations means for the Universe the chance to act in an operative way in humanity through its angels and the Hierarchies of Light in order to deactivate certain corrupt aspects within the human consciousness that cause it to spiritually retrocede, time after time.
A true and sincere “yes” from a child of Mine in this cycle would make a difference so that the spiritual Hierarchy could be able to help or not help humanity and all that it generates through its actions and its acts.
At this time, a sincere “yes” allows the Eternal Father to move forward with His Designs in the most inferior and lost creatures of humanity.
Even more, if this “yes” is composed of a disinterested spirit of service, a heartfelt prayer and an unknown love, its repercussions in the human consciousness will be much greater than they seem.
For this reason, My children, a sincere “yes” allows the Universe to act through the Laws of Mercy and Grace, and the cases that are impossible to solve in humanity may be balanced and alleviated.
I invite you to think, feel and meditate upon the power of “yes” of the same “yes” that your Heavenly Mother gave so as to be the spiritual Tabernacle, the humble and most pure womb that would receive Universal Light and invincible Love through the coming of Christ.
May this sincere “yes” that can emerge from your hearts allow you to transcend the times, overcome the most difficult tests within and outside of yourselves, that will open a secure door, where you may find the Presence of the Universal King, Jesus Christ, through it.
Dear children, it will be the “yes” of this current humanity that will cause the planet to be purified and elevated, helping it to free itself of the weight generated by humanity.
It will be the “yes” of souls that will cause this humanity to be of a higher and more mature consciousness.
It will be the “yes” of hearts to the Divine Plan that will change forever the course of all the coming events.

When you feel that nothing makes sense and all seems lost, if you seek to find My Son, He, with His celestial authority, can act with Mercy through you.
When you feel that you always fall into the same thing and you are never able to get out, but you abandon yourself in My Son all the time, He, with His authority, can act with Mercy through you.
When you see that nothing makes sense and that you cannot find a way out to anywhere, but you allow His Love to overcome you, He, with His authority, can act with Mercy through you.
Spiritual perfection exists only in Heaven. While you are in this school of the planet, learning to banish what is within you and dying to yourself every day, Christ, with His authority, can act with Mercy through you.
Therefore, rise from where you have fallen; for I, who am your sweet Mother, come to raise you up and place you in My arms, so that you may feel My maternal refuge.
When you fall again, at another moment and place, remember this message; Christ can act with Mercy through you, as long as you say 'yes' to Him.

This will at all times allow the building of a positive consciousness within yourselves that is alert to living necessary changes, without the need of going through suffering.

Here, children, is My celestial government, which has its basic foundation in the teachings of My Beloved Son and in His Divine Work of Mercy.
Here, dear children, is My celestial government, guided by the Divine Thought of the Father and manifested by the work of His Eternal Grace.
Here, My little ones, is My celestial government, which has its universal headquarters in the Divine Church of Christ, existent and present in the sacred Spiritual Universe.
Here, My children, is my celestial government, inwardly extended in this world by those who proclaim their faith and their love for Christ.
Here is My celestial government, renewing and expressing itself in devout hearts and in the spirits that surrender for the love of service.
Here and now is My celestial government announced by the Archangel Gabriel in the first moments of the Annunciation.
Here is My celestial government, proclaimed by the humble word of My cousin Saint Isabel, and from then on by all generations.
Here and now is My celestial government, spread throughout the Universe after My Assumption into the Heavens, through the work and the immediate service of the angels.
Here and now is My celestial government, given by the Divine Father and by the Loving Son during My coronation as Queen and Mother of the Universe and of the Earth.
Here, children, is My celestial government, concretized by means of the purpose that the Almighty entrusted to Me for this Universe and for this beloved blue planet.
Here and now is My celestial government, given impulse as a work by the state of My eternal Grace, and carried forward with the maternal love of My Immaculate Heart.
Here is the Eternal Slave of the Lord, Who holds all Her beloved children in His invisible Kingdom, Who protects the steps of the wayfarers of faith, Who guides and shepherds the lovers of Christ.
Here and now is the celestial government of Your Most Holy Mother, alive and resplendent through the Mirrors, which subtly radiate the eternal principles for the emergence of the new consciousness of humanity.
Here and now is the celestial government of the Mother of God, which is carried forward throughout time with the adherence and the surrender of Her little children.
Here and now is My celestial government, manifested during these years of work with Me with the work on the surface, which is inwardly moved by the constant impulses that the Holy Spirit sends.
Here and in this time is the work of the Most Holy Mary present in the hearts that are a part of it.
Here is the Marian Work of God through all of this group of souls that has given its “yes” to Mary, just as Mary gave Her “yes” to the Archangel Gabriel.
Here and now is the work of the Co-Redeeming Mother of Christ, a work that has expanded and and become widespread on the five continents, a work that reaches the souls of various languages in the world.
Here is the work of Love and of the Mercy of God through the Most Holy Mary, slowly acting and working through the love of Her children and the faith of Her soldiers.
Here is the work that arose, in the beginning, in an orange orchard of Aurora and that then emerged like a great sun for the whole planet, today managing to serve and to rescue the most lost souls.
Here is the work of hope, Mary’s work and our work, guided by Her noble Heart and carried out by Her humble hand.
Here and now is the work of peace, present in the world by the Will of the Father after ten years.
Here is the work that has regenerated many lives, that has worked true miracles in hearts in need, that has returned love and life to those who had lost them.
Here and now is the work formed by many children of Mary that together with their Mother, are weaving the mantle of peace in the world, the mantle where Christ will place His Feet when He returns.
Here is the spiritual delight of Your Mother on seeing the glow of Her Grace in the eyes of Her children, and the hope expressed in the countenances of those who had lost it.
Let us give thanks to God for having allowed His Humble Lady of Peace and Mother of the Divine Conception of the Trinity to come to you so as to be able to make of your lives receptacles of Grace, instruments of love, and pillars of Her eternal and divine Mercy.

Through the celestial government of your Mother, the Spiritual Universe can act on the surface of this planet, because there is a counterpart that with great effort is taken forward by the Communities and the Monasteries, a Work that is planetary.
Therefore, dear children, the celestial government of your Mother, attracts towards the world a spiritual renewal and a conscious activation of the patterns of redemption and healing. This makes it possible, My children, that this planet, slowly but in a secure manner, may become salvageable.

Dear children,
The Holy Spirit is everything in humanity. If It had not been within the apostles, the Work of Redemption of Christ would never have been known in the world.
Therefore, the Holy Spirit inspires souls to follow the Path of the Lord and to be open to serve Creation, serving humanity, in some way.
The Holy Spirit has been the main Source which, throughout times, has given impulse and created groups of service, in all its diversity.
In this planetary cycle, the groups of prayer and service, which exist throughout the planet, are impelling the awakening of new virtues and new gifts that were not active before.
The existence of all groups of congregated souls comes from the work that the Holy Spirit promotes in this time, in humanity.
We know that the Holy Spirit is one of the Persons of God, in the Holy Trinity. In this sense, the Holy Spirit is the executor in the Plan of the Eternal Father that promotes the realization of the Work of Love, Mercy, and Redemption of humanity.

In these times, dear children, the instruction that comes from the Universe of God will help in awareness-raising and the immediate awakening of humanity.
When there is receptivity to the received Instruction, the Spiritual Hierarchy can move forward with the Work of redemption of humanity.
It is for this reason that Instruction in these times has a profound characteristic of definition, and places humanity at a different degree of consciousness and evolution.
Dear children, this is why the sacred knowledge, as well as the sacred word, are sources of transformation and renewal for souls.
To feel the divine Knowledge within yourselves means to awaken to new possibilities of redimensioning planetary life on another scale.
The formation of the servers of God comes from the spiritual knowledge that is given and that shapes the consciousness for its mission and its inner purpose.
The more you recognize the knowledge of the universe, the more the effects of the planetary purification can be reduced; we know that in these times, souls have placed their attention more on the world and less within themselves.

Dear children,
It is Mercy to be part of the Work of the Divine Messengers because the emergence of a new humanity is gestated through it. Therefore, in these times, to belong to the Work of God is also a supreme Grace that descends upon this humanity to fill it with new gifts, gifts that will generate in this race the birth and awakening of the New Christs.
Children, being present in Christ and Christ being present in your inner worlds means the possibility for the beloved King of the Universe to concretize His Plan of Redemption and Mercy in humanity.
The soul that is in Christ will be able to train itself as His apostle of love from time to time, and this will begin with the learning to love their fellow beings every day so that the new patterns of behavior can materialize in this civilization.
When incarnating and experiencing these patterns, humanity will draw near to the Divinity of Christ and this will help souls in the inner worlds prepare themselves to live the awaited Return of Christ.
The inner world of each being is precious and immaculate, in essence, it holds the divine life, a mystery that is going to be revealed to the souls that commune with the Lord in these times.

Dear child:
Do not let your heart wither, nor let the fountain of love that springs from your heart dry up.
Do not allow your uncertainties and tests to corner you in a space without a way out; know from now on that you can always count on Me. I am your Mother and I desire the greater good for all of My children.
The present times demand big changes, that can happen in small rather than in large things; because while souls place their aspiration to change in great things, they will suffer and will not reach it in this life that God gave them.
The true changes that will lead us, someday, to be unconditional are found in small things, as in small gestures.
That’s why, on this day of the novena, the intention is dedicated to all those consecrated who in these difficult times surrender unconditionally, because in them My Beloved Son will do His Work.
To surrender to the Divine Plan is to grow in lack of all expectation, result, or success. The Plan will always put you in the place and at the moment of being able to take a step without conditions; for this reason, in this world, the true consecration is lived by very few.
But that soul that makes an effort to be totally consecrated, know from now, that someday it will achieve it, because it will have the divine inner support for this aspiration to be fulfilled in its life.
Today, to pray for those consecrated to the Plan means something important, because in these times it is difficult to live in a Plan within a humanity in purification.
All is achieved with faith, hope, and determination.

Dear children,
The service of human beings and of praying souls to all Creation creates merits in the planetary consciousness and contributes to the balance of the great debts generated to the Mineral, Plant, Animal, and Devic Kingdoms.
The charity that the Father reflects through His small creatures will always take place through the altruistic service that souls can experience through love for the Kingdoms of Nature.
In these times and before the great planetary imbalance caused by humanity by destroying the Kingdoms of Nature, an unbalanced debt, at times unpayable, is generated.
That is why the Father, through His Divine Messengers, stimulates the creation of groups of service and fraternity towards the Kingdoms of Nature in order to diminish the contrary effects that human beings generate against themselves when destroying and altering the life of the Kingdoms.
When at least one soul is conscious of the need of protecting and supporting the Younger Kingdoms, this touches the Heart of God, in knowing that there is still hope to fulfill this Project of redemption and rescue of the current humanity.

Dear children,
In each Sacrament is held one of the twelve Gifts of God that is activated at the moment when souls come into contact with the Sacraments.
Through Christ, the Sacred Eucharist allows you to be in communion with the Heights, and thus to attract, from the universe, all streams of positive spirituality that humanity needs.
The Sacraments are a portal toward what is new, for each one of them renews the consciousnesses that experience them, and in turn, allows the souls to be brought into permanent communion.
Each Sacrament builds something within souls, and new stages are experienced after having received any of the Sacraments.
The value of the Holy Communion is incalculable since, spiritually, the essence of the Eucharist is permeated with the Presence of the Divinity of Christ.
Each time the soul comes into contact with the Communion, it must know it is receiving a hidden principle of renewal and consecration.
Each Sacrament in and of itself represents a living aspect of Christ in the humanity that receives it and safeguards it as a spiritual treasure.

Dear children, love is everything for these times, because without love the work is hollow and cannot be accomplished.
Love is the fundamental matrix for life on the surface.
It is love, above all, that allows creatures to love one another, leaving behind what is superficial and apparent.
Love is a great healing and redeeming key because unconditional love unties the knots and bindings of consciousnesses.
Love revitalizes and grows within those who truly embrace it without prejudices.
It is love that impels souls to experience service and, afterwards, a surrender to God without conditions.
Love supersedes anger.
Love replaces pride.
Love is placed above all arrogance.
Love unifies and spiritually multiplies the flow of Grace.
Love nourishes the spirit and sensitizes the consciousness to all that is similar.
Love builds a spirit of service for the planet and its humanity.
It is love that, in these times, provides the opportunity for souls to love one another as God loves all His creatures.

A youth of peace...
A youth of peace is that spirit who brings, from the Universe, the principle of reconciliation, and it is who, through their renewal, transforms things, living within themselves the first rule among all rules: love.
A youth of peace is the one who unifies forms and the one who rearranges ideas, bringing, through their inner impulses, the possibility, from cycle to cycle, for everything to be renewed.
A youth of peace represents a new cell of light for these times, based on states of fraternity, on the principle of loving one's neighbor and on the opening to the inner steps that service can provide for them.
A youth of peace is the one who opens, unconditionally, to discover, within themselves, their own origin and their own mission.
They do not fear to know who they were and what the Universe expects them to be.
A youth of peace aspires to be able to recognize within themselves the goodness, the love, the service that they can express for the planet, for the Kingdoms of Nature and for its humanity.
A youth of peace recognizes on their path the Great and Only inner Master.
Above all their material and concrete life, the youth of peace know they will need light in order to take their steps.
A youth of peace has nothing to gain and nothing to lose.
The youth of peace represents, in these times, the expression of a new consciousness that will be corrected through good acts and good actions of all of the youth of humanity.
A youth of peace needs to feel full in their actions and free in their decisions, but they know that they will always need divine discernment and sacred wisdom to make the right decisions.
A youth of peace is like a guardian of the Kingdoms of Nature. They can feel within themselves the expression of each kingdom and, making it part of themselves, a youth of peace can feel the suffering of the planet, of Mother Earth, and does the impossible in order to relieve it.
A youth of peace builds the new bridges and elevates the consciousnesses through their acts of love, mercy and charity.
A youth of peace works, in these times, to learn to build and to take care of the divine Work of the Universe; and as much as they do not know it, because of its greatness and depth, the youth of peace never loses the hope of knowing that they will help to pave the way for the advent of Love-Wisdom.
A youth of peace is that soul and that being that gathers, under the spirit of Unity, their fellow beings, other young people, and tries, above all things, for everyone to feel that, in these times, it is important to respond to the divine call which emerges from within each inner world.
The youth of peace is that pure and simple heart who will unite East and West, who will make the syntheses of the expressed spiritual knowledge and will be who expands, inside of themselves, the borders of the human consciousness so that finally the new, the renewed and the irrefutable may be expressed.
A youth of peace knows that, through their love for the Kingdoms of Nature and their healthy actions, they will be able to follow the path of redemption, leaving behind all that could harm their inner world, and seeking, through universal prayer, the only path for the elevation of their consciousness.
A youth of peace is who, through art, music, service and prayer, will be able to attract to the world the states of regeneration and of healing that humanity needs in order to reach reconciliation.
A youth of peace believes, within themselves, that there is something infinite and greater than what this planet is.
They seek to awaken to what is invisible and to all that comes from the Only Source because in this way they will feel part of something greater.
A youth of peace is who works without borders and who loves, unconditionally, all their brothers and sisters.
A youth of peace knows that they are the ploughman or ploughwoman who, in these times, prepares the Earth and all of its consciousness to meet again, one day, the Master of Wisdom and of Love, Who will give them the keys so that the young apostle may open the doors to forgiveness, to healing and to reconciliation.
A youth of peace is who never gets tired of being infinite light in the world.
This third Youth Festival for Peace represents the closure of a cycle of preparation and of strengthening of inner bases, which has made it possible, in this time, that the Festival itself might acquire a new consciousness, and that this new consciousness might generate the condition to embrace other regions of the planet and to include more youths.
I thank you for responding to the call of attracting peace to humanity and to the Kingdoms of Nature.

Free your heart from all the tiredness and surrender with confidence into My arms, so that your tireless spirit may rest in Me.
Leave behind all bitterness and detach from within you all that is not love, because by my beloved Son having suffered all the martyrdoms, the Lord has shown you the unconditional path to find fortitude.
I come to ask you to surrender to Me and allow My Heart to work through you, for I still have to calm the despair of the world.
Submerge yourself promptly in the ocean of My Grace and you will be able to be near My Son, feeling His unfathomable Heart and fully living His Divine Consciousness.
Surrender into My arms, and you will know what to do, with wisdom and discernment.
Withdraw from fear, and day by day draw closer to the Love that is born in the Primordial Source.
The triumph of My Son is in the redemption of your life and in the conquest of your heart, so that He may dwell within you.
Cultivate a spirit of meekness and, in this way, you will receive from Above the keys of Heaven, just as Peter received them when he trustingly surrendered his life into the Hands of the Lord. And you will not only be a part of the Fisher of people, but also a part of a fraternal community formed by the Spiritual Hierarchy.
Go forward! And leave discouragement behind, do it for Me. Hope is possible.
