The official declaration is hereby made that the Work of Peace of the Divine Messengers, in an ecumenical, autonomous, and fraternal way, will provide its humanitarian services to the different peoples and nations of the world for the purpose of spiritually establishing a longer period of peace.
It is thus that the missionaries of Fraternidade and those consecrated from the Order of My Son, as from the impulse given by international organizations, are assembled, gathered together, and twinned in the two bases that will be permanently established in the north of Brazil.
This means, dear children, that for your Heavenly Mother, the permanent mission of Greece will be temporarily closed and will be taken over by the representatives and members of the Network-of-Light of Europe.
Regarding the mission of permanent service at the pheriphery of the Community-of-Light of Figueira, it will also be temporarily closed, and will be taken over under My call by the Light Network of Minas Gerais and São Paulo.
Therefore, under the Will of Our Father, all principal and in-formation missionaries will be transferred to the north of Brazil in order to respond to the request made by international organizations, which seek peace, justice, and equity among races and peoples.
In this sense, the Spiritual Hierarchy is calling all of the planetary Network-of-Light to undertake the humanitarian service, the objective of which is that the principal and consecrated servants who belong to the Communities-of-Light and reside in them be able to extensively develop a fraternal service in the quest for establishing healing, redemption, and love in the souls that, because of conflicts, wars, and disorder among nations, have lost the essence of faith and of love.
It is important to emphasize that the spiritual shield of protection of the missionaries and those consecrated who will undertake the operative phase of service in the international organizations under the principle of fraternity, will have as an inner foundation the presence of the Sacred Hearts. But under no circumstance or reason will some religious or spiritual principle be disseminated, since the cause of the current conflicts comes from the social and humanitarian misunderstandings among the religions.
In this new phase of taking up world tasks and of those of a universal order, the Fraternidade will only seek the good and the benefit for fellow human beings, so that values and human rights may be recovered.
We will be guiding this new phase step by step, which will have the consciousness of all those who serve sacrifice many things in their lives so that a worse situation than already exists may not be precipitated in South America.

Love unifies and spiritually multiplies the flow of Grace.
Love nourishes the spirit and sensitizes the consciousness to all that is similar.
Love builds a spirit of service for the planet and its humanity.

In a cyclic and harmonious way, the most sacred treasures are shown to those who want to see them so they can recognize within themselves the greatest treasure of Creation, Love.
The sojourners in faith light their torches in the Great Fire of the whole of existence and illuminate the dark paths of those who still cannot recognize their own inner light. They never separate, because, in their depths, they know a purpose must be fulfilled.
Because of this, little by little, the veils of consciousness fall away so that each spirit, as well as each heart, may become aware of the effect of its deeds and experiences of yesteryear.
But, in the face of the sign of Truth, the travelers bow down because they know that upon their path there has always been the infinite hand of Love that guided and safeguarded everything.
The eyes of those who have not surrendered fill with intense tears, at last, they can feel that it is only love that transforms, elevates and heals all things.
The time has come for the seekers of the path to place all swords at the foot of the Temple so that the surrender of all mistakes may be accomplished.
While the mirrors light up before the gaze of the pure, the first moments of an unforgettable peace are reflected within the scenario of life.
Each step the pilgrim takes is a step that the sleeping humanity takes.
Each unconditional surrender is the Cross of the redeeming victory that is shaped on some part of the surface.
Thus, what is far from hearts begins to draw closer, and the Source of Love returns with an unknown momentum.
The Work is done in the name of the indifference of the majority, and the arches of light open, beyond everything, to those who did not deserve to see them.
The apostles feel within themselves the action of Mercy, and nobody remains without knowing that the time of redemption approaches.
The gardens of souls are prepared, a place where the Master, among masters and sages, will place His humble Feet.
In the meantime, everything is purified within and outside of consciousnesses in order that the majority may be free from old mistakes.
A light of renewed hope emerges on the horizon and everyone can see it.
Thus, you are again called to the living of true love.
Those fallen into darkness are removed from those spaces.
Love becomes Mercy to save whoever wants to be saved.
The time of the clock is showing the promised hour.
May the followers of the Light and of the storms wash their feet in the Fount so that, cleansed, they may sit at the table, awaiting the Great Master.
An inexplicable wisdom descends into even the most foolish minds. The purpose is that the hardest of heart may open to the coming of the universal Truth.
The paths of old and heavy histories are modified.
Justice and its severity are changed by the action of Love and its eternal power.
Everyone is gathered together, in spite of their differences and histories. All, without exception, are placed for a moment in the Arms of the Divine Father.
All perceive that there have never been winners or losers, but rather souls that experienced various paths of redemption.
Thus, the new sun rises in the universe of those who were in the shadows, and the Light begins to blossom like the roses in a winter garden.
Everything is transformed. Grace, as a greater principle, makes everything possible.
The soldiers, holding hands, unite to concretize the last phase of the Plan of Redemption.
In the Books of the Universe these moments are written.
May the inner ears be attentive to hear the sacred word of the Light that transfigures all things.
In unity, the banner of redemption is raised.

The Work of God manifests on Earth through instruments awakened by the Will of God.
Each instrument that works for the Divine Will receives the learning it needs to pursue, so that finally it may learn something within the school that is was supposed to experience.
In this sense, to work for the Plan of God requires an absolute giving of self, an absolute surrender of life, and an absolute sacrifice for others.
When the instrument of God is protected under certain spiritual and monastic conditions, it is very evident that the results of Divine Will for this consciousness will be something different.
When the instrument of God is involved in unstable conditions and does not have the necessary spiritual protection around it, the repercussions of Divine Will in this consciousness will be few.
With this, I want to tell you, dear children, that all souls hold the potential for consecration.
For this reason, throughout time and throughout My various Apparitions, the majority of the visionaries had to choose which path of learning they would tread: that of consecration, or that of the world. Neither is better than the other, it is just that the souls of Earth are responsible for taking certain steps, so that the Divinity may maintain Its Work on the surface.
While at a place where the Most Holy Mary has appeared for many years, if this vision is not kept clear, it is necessary to protect the Work from humanity itself, for the hands of humankind, because of temptation, manipulate and take advantage of the divine events that the Celestial Universe carries forward in some places upon the planet.
This profit that many extract from the essence and the energy of spirituality, for example, from the Marian Centers in the world, sooner or later becomes an unpayable debt, because the human being is using an Energy and a divine Principle for their mental and spiritual benefit. This is what your Heavenly Mother struggles with because, in the end, those who took advantage of this spiritual Energy will come to an unhappy ending.
Let us pray then for all the hearts that dirty themselves every day with those manipulations, and that make the Marian Centers of the world commercial places of money and business, for Justice will consciously fall upon them.
As a Mother, I pray to the Father to have the greatest Pity, and I invite you to do the same along with Me.

As My Beloved Son has said, we have come here in behalf of an Europe split by indifference, by resistance and by the material life.
We have come to reinforce faith in the hearts and to demonstrate that the whole Work of God must continue to be gestated in your lives; otherwise it might not manifest itself.
Today, your Heavenly Mother dedicates this message to the groups and to those responsible for the groups that every once in a while welcome the call of the Celestial Messengers and which, in these recent times, wanted to give up the path for different reasons and situations.
At the moment of greatest planetary crisis, the old resistances of the consciousnesses are arising again. I at once tell you, My children, that there is no other cause or other reason where to find the root of the group problems.
You must only be aware what you are being part of, because your commitment is with the Universe and its Divine Hierarchies, rather than with humanity itself.
I ask the groups of Porto and their brothers and sisters responsible for these groups of souls not to be deceived, to open their eyes to the need that the Hierarchy is showing and which needs to be met, no matter what.

The Universe observes the effort of each one, but it is not sufficient. It is urgent that you, as a group of souls gathered by the Will of God, respond to the need of helping liberate your Europe from the weight of its faults and from all their consequences, through your service, prayer and surrender.
At one of the worst planetary moments, Christ calls you not to abandon Him and neither to leave aside the mission and the responsibility that God has entrusted you with.
For this, I ask you to sacrifice yourselves a little more for your Heavenly Mother, so that you may understand, through the heart, that the work that is incumbent to you to fulfill must be protected and not abandoned due to its difficulties.
You have all the tools and all the means to live fraternity and to express it. The Universe expects that now you take a greater step in the consciousness. The Celestial Brotherhood will be attentive to the positive response from within you.

The union between beliefs
A time will come to the planet in which all religions will have to unite in the spirit of Christic peace and love.
This prophesied union will allow souls who have walked different spiritual paths to find the Highest Source, the great Spring of the Heart of Christ.
At that time, Jesus will be recognized by all as the Redeemer not only of the Christians but also as the Liberator of the whole world through the impulses of Love that He is giving the world in these times.
This hour is approaching for the planetary consciousness.
When this prophecy of the union between beliefs can be realized among all peoples and not only among Christians, nations will oppose one another, and different human philosophies will try to tear down what others, with love, try to construct for the common good of all souls.
These types of judgments and slanders emerge as a source of human impulses that will only lead to the weakening of the union between consciousnesses and peoples.
In the most critical and acute moment of the planet, the faith of the consciousnesses will be put to the test; not because God will determine it, but because of the destructive action that the voices of the philosophers of the world carry out against everything that is considered the Work of Peace and Light.
But finally, My Immaculate Heart will triumph in the world and outside the Church.
Before the eyes of those who govern the religions, I will open the great door of redemption, and all will recognize that, behind every Work of Light, Christ was present.
In this time, they will try to silence the Voice of the Heavenly Messengers, just as they tried in other times; but, at the end of everything, many will belatedly realize the just and true cause.
In this cycle, everything will be allowed, both the great errors and the great victories. It will be like this so that souls, in their freedom, can choose before the Final Judgment which path they will take, whether the path of error of the unjust or the path of peace and fraternity.
In this definitive hour, your heavenly Mother carries out Her Co-Redemptive Work outside the Church, so that in this way, the shepherds of My Son can contemplate the planetary need with Mercy and not with deep and petty indifference.
The Mother of God comes to gather what the Church could not achieve, the mission of contemplating with love the spiritual and moral need of souls, regardless of the belief which they experience at this time.
This is how your Heavenly Mother comes, in this cycle, to teach you what She taught the apostles in the past, uniting nation with nation, culture with culture, and language with language, in order to establish the principle of the sacred people of God, for which Moses worked for a long time.
Therefore, I ask all of you, regardless of your belief or your spiritual doctrine, to listen to the Mother of God, the Ambassador of Peace, who tells you to no longer waste time; do not use it to argue or slander whether or not it is true that I am working outside the Church, or whether or not your brothers and sisters are wearing certain outfits, or are lying. This is not true, you are not seeing the truth nor feeling it with your heart.
Do not forget that you are all children of God and that the most important thing is to lead souls towards love and prayer, and not towards slander and value judgments.
Those who claim to live the truth are blind. Repent and ask for forgiveness. Open the heart and not the mind, because truly I tell you, My children, that you are trying to dissolve My Work of Peace with your evil actions.
Live peace and do not feel disturbed. Embrace the Call of God, just as He determined, and do not try to deny it only because this Call is alive and luminous outside the Church.
Thank the universe because there are souls who offer themselves to suffer for you.
Change your attitude and do it out of love, do not lose time in vain words. Do your job and thus the religions will unite through love and not through force.
Christianity is an inner state and not a formal state, it is the possibility of believing and feeling Christ within the heart.

Triumphant in prayer and merciful in love go forth, My dear children, because there is still much to do for all this humanity.

Dear children,
If at least once a month all the prayer groups of the world, would unite at the same time and at the same hour, as it was yesterday, many planetary things would be resolved and the triumph of My Immaculate Heart would be more visible to all.
It is because of what happened yesterday, with each of the prayer groups, that I am inviting you to unite monthly in prayer, at the same time, on a certain day and hour.
It will be in this way, dear children, that you will be able to understand and accompany the task of your Heavenly Mother with the consciousness of the planet and of humanity.
I need, dear children, your willingness and love to be present, just as you did yesterday, when the triumph of My Immaculate Heart became possible in this part of the world.
I would like, My children, for everyone to understand that planetary prayer makes the works of God triumph and that the world does not have to suffer the consequences of its endless errors of this age.
Therefore, I come, not only to ask you to pray daily for the world and for each one of you, I come to awaken you to the missionary apostleship, a gift of God that impels souls to unconditionally serve the Celestial Father.
In this monthly meeting that I propose to you, we will pray and sing to God for a cause that needs Mercy, but as the causes and needs on the planet are immense, I will prepare you little by little so that you will know how to respond to a greater demand.
Dear children, I want to leave My Love and My supreme gratitude to all those who participated in this campaign for peace in Uruguay through the praying task carried out yesterday, which will be kept in My Heart forever.

Times for definitions of the Plan
Dear children,
At the request of My Son on this day of definition, I wish to inform you about a sacred decision that Christ has taken based on all that the Universe observed as unfavorable and extreme for the Work of the Celestial Hierarchy.
It is for this reason, children, that Your Heavenly Mother descends today from the Universe in order to transmit that My Son has established that the meeting of the Sacred Week should take place at the Marian Center of Figueira, from the 20th to the 27th of March of 2016.
This sacred decision that Christ received from the Celestial Father is due to the noticeable needs that must be attended to by all those who are part of the Work of the Divine Messengers and by those who, month after month, receive all Graces.
The Celestial Hierarchy is calling all pilgrims to cooperate in the Work that in this case is carried out by Association Mary and the Monastery of the Sacred Mission, which are responsible for the divine Message reaching all hearts on Earth.
In consensus with the Celestial Father, My Beloved Son has lovingly communicated to Me the issues that would prevent the meeting of the Sacred Week from taking place at the Marian Center of Aurora, realities that would not favor the Work that Christ has spiritually scheduled for this special week.
For this, My Son has asked Me to declare to you the spiritual and material reasons for the transfer of the Sacred Week to the Marian Center of Figueira:
1. The lack of human resources, which is to say, the requirements and the overburdening that the members of Association Mary, Mary Mercy TV, and the Monastery of the Sacred Mission are experiencing at this time.
2. The inability of the responsible group of supporting themselves mentally and psychically because of the streams of transmutation, and especially because of the preparation of all the details of the meeting, given that the physical organization of the Sacred Week at the Marian Center of Aurora would require double the effort.
3. The constant demand on the group responsible for all the programs and requests that must be manifested during the Sacred Week.
4. The effort involved in supporting the whole meeting in the face of the lack of physical and human resources that exist at the Marian Center of Aurora, because it is the Center that receives the least spontaneous collaborations.
5. The lack of resources in the sector of transportation of the Marian Center of Aurora, as well as the small possibility of reconditioning the hall for the events in that Center.(1)
6. The absence of human resources for organizing all the elements and materials for the ceremonies and sacraments.
7. The probability that the responsible group, for health reasons as well as chores, could not continue to be on pilgrimage because of the maintenance demands of the sectors of Association Mary and Mercy Mary TV, as well as fulfilling the spiritual task of transmutation.
In the face of these variable factors, the Heavenly Hierarchy is establishing the meeting of the Sacred Week at the Marian Center of Figueira for the following reasons:
1. The organization and the space available at the auditorium of F2 for the spiritual task and for each one of the sectors.
2. The facility that the transportation sector of the Figueira Community offers for
the days of the meeting.
3. The presence of human resources, both of pilgrims and of the monasteries of the Order in Brazil, which will be summoned to participate in the preparation and in the continuous support of each sector during the Sacred Week.
4. The spiritual condition of the Spiritual Center itself in the task of transmutation.
5. The possibility of providing lodging for the pilgrims, so that donations can be channeled toward support for the Light Communities.
6. The facility that the Figueira Community has available in the organization of the meeting of the Sacred Week.
7. The presence of the Health & Healing Sector for any needs that arise, as well as for the support of the members of the Monastery of the Sacred Mission and of Association Mary responsible for the task during the Sacred Week.
Dear children, thus it will be that on the 9th of March, during a study for which Trigueirinho and Mother María Shimani will be responsible, this change will first be announced to all of the Planetary Light Network. Later a small video will be created that will be presented on the 12th of March where this change will also be announced.
All of those who had planned to be present at the Marian Center of Aurora can still do so, for the Marian Center needs them. Children, if you feel it to be so, you can plan to be present during the month of August at the special meeting that will take place at the same Marian Center.
All skilled pilgrims are invited to support the organization of the Sacred Week meeting.

My very dear children,
In this next to last day of daily messages, I would like to express My maternal and sublime gratitude to all the hearts which united in prayer in the four corners of the Earth, and those who lovingly made the humanitarian mission to Turkey possible, where exiled brothers and sisters were helped.
Dear children, around the month of July of 2016, a second mission will take place in Turkey, but this time the mission will have Greece as its main entry point and as the doorway that receives the shipwrecked refugees from the Mediterranean Sea.
It will be through the new mission to the Middle East and Greece that the missionaries of peace will come to know the deep pain of the hearts that through the seas seek a way out of the terror of the impending war.
The first mission in Turkey brought very positive results from a spiritual point of view, and the most outstanding was that your brothers and sisters in the Middle East were able to remember that there are hearts that still love and believe in God. This has meant that the doors are open so that new humanitarian missions can be carried out.
The whole group consciousness that is part of the Work of the Divine Messengers was called to take a step, far from comfort, to make a sacrifice, so that this last mission in Turkey could bear fruit on the Sacred Tree of the Mother of the World. That step was taken by all, but I still know, as Your Mother Who loves you, that all the prayer groups have yet more to give and to offer to Heaven.
It seems promising that the second humanitarian mission to Turkey and Greece will be able to establish a possible base for humanitarian work and permanent service in Turkey through the international assistance of the Turkish association that supported the first mission. In order to reach this level of service, the Divine Messengers expect that in the next meeting of the Children of Mary, the impulses are sown that will again cause the group consciousness of the Planetary Network-of-Light to take a step towards the global assistance of humanity.
