XXII - Concerning Prayer
A devout soul that was always willing to give more of itself to God, while they prayed, questioned the Lord, saying: "Lord, I lift up my voice to the Heavens and pray for the souls that suffer, for the Kingdoms of Nature, for the planet, for Your Plan. What more must I do for this prayer to truly reach You and generate merits for the salvation and the redemption of the world?"
And the Lord responded: "While you pray, speak with Me, pronounce each word not only to hear your own voice and feel that you are fulfilling your part. Pray, allowing your essence to look into My Eyes, allowing your heart to be within Mine and your words to be an echo throughout the infinite, throughout Creation.
To pray in this way, beloved child, soul of Mine, you need to be whole before Me, without caring about time, tiredness, the sensations of the body or about those who are around you, whether or not they strive as you do or whether they sleep and become distracted in their words. May nothing matter to you but My Presence and the imperious need the world has for sincere and real prayers.
When you sing, may your ears not care about the sound of your voice, may your mind not care about who is listening to you, but rather may your heart care to attune your voice and be before Me, singing with perfection for the One Who is the Owner of all sound, the Creator of each note, of each tone, capable of transforming your vibration into gifts that expand through Life, transforming lives. This, little soul, is how your prayer must be."
May this dialogue teach you, children, to deepen each day into your prayers. May they be sincere and reach God.

Constantly align your consciousness with the Divine Purpose through prayer, adoration, singing, silence, contact with nature and all that awakens true and spiritual love within your heart.
The time has come in which powerful currents descend upon Earth, each time with more intense impulses that will move not only the inner worlds, but each space of the human consciousness, from its cells to its spirit.
This is co because humanity must return to the beginning of its purity, it must enter the Time and the Grace of God so that this world becomes sacred again.
And, when these universal currents find resistance from the souls and in human lives, they generate shocks, imbalance, friction, in order to break through the walls of indifference in the consciousness.
But if a being prays and creates by himself, little by little, the path to reach God, these currents will act in their consciousness as a Grace, as a sublime wind that pushes the boat into deeper oceans, so that this boat moves and reaches its destination.
Therefore, child, do not fear, only align your consciousness with the Divine Purpose and do not resist that which leads you to inner growth and to the maturing of your consciousness. Thus, all will be fulfilled.

When you have no strength, offer God your weaknesses, your human feebleness, your smallness.
When your heart seems empty, offer God this space, so that it may be Him, and not the world, who fills this emptiness within you.
When your song has been muted, offer God your silence and pray with your thought, so that it may be Him, and not the world, who fills your mind.
When your body is tired, offer God the steps taken, all the service experienced and each merit attained, and perceive, in this way, My child, that there is always something to offer your Creator, the One who awaits, not only for your triumph, but for your whole being, from smallness to greatness, from what you know to what is still a mystery to you; place everything in the Hands of God.

Even though in the world chaos, confusion and despair reign, in your heart, peace must reign.
Elevate your heart, child, beyond the dimensions, and focus your consciousness upon the true purpose of your life.
This is a time of battle, but a battle which is brought to a halt in silence, with a prayer, with the song that transmutes and transforms fears, with the love that transcends all chaos and the peace that balances all things.
This battle is overcome with knees upon the ground and with the heart elevated toward Heaven so that, in all the events of this world, your heart may know how to find the truth and the wisdom to act and live, always manifesting Divine Will.
Pray, cry out and enter into the Peace of the Heart of God. Know that this is the base of Calvary to which you have walked for some time. And even though the climb is painful, at its top, the triumph of love is drawn; just let your heart know how to be on Earth and, at the same time, elevated toward the Heavens, being a constant and perpetual bridge toward the Heart of God.

Keep vigil, in prayer with your Lord, so that in these times He may find His companions and apostles awake, aware of the agony and the passion of the planet, truly ready to surrender their lives for Christ, through the small and big sacrifices that bring them closer to God.
Make an effort every day to offer something more of yourself to the Father, in the name of the whole of humanity. Let your prayer, your song and your surrender deepen and each day become more sincere and unconditional because of being the instruments and the vehicles of your union with Christ, of your service to His Plan of rescue in this world.
Pray and be in vigil with the Lord, because it will be in this way that you will be accompanying His steps. It is in this way that you will be consistent with His spiritual presence in this world. It is in this way that you will prepare His path of return to Earth and will be worthy of being with Him in the institution of His Kingdom.
Let prayer be the water without which your soul cannot live, and let sacrifice be the food for your spirit. In this way, child, every day you will be closer to God, and as a result, you will elevate this world and its humanity with you.

Unite your Heart to the Heart of God, contemplating each one of His Aspects of His manifestation in life.
Begin by finding, in the smallest of the particles that composes your body, a hidden God, immense and infinite, occult in the apparent human smallness.
Go through your own body, recognizing your cells, your organs, your body itself, as living mirrors of an infinite Creation. If God did not dwell in everything that you are, you would never be able to express perfection, as you express, even in your smallest particles.
Recognize, then, the presence of God outside of you, in the invisible air that touches your face, in the breath that enters imperceptible within you and that gives you life, granting matter the possibility of expressing and living its perfection.
Contemplate, thus, God in the elements. Recognize the presence of God in water, without which life is not possible. Water and air unite in one single element, transformed by its expression and function in life, but one does not exist without the other.
Such are the Aspects of God. God is only One, that expresses in different forms to give life to the possibility of existing and, more than this, of expressing perfection.
Contemplate inside of you the presence of God in the sound of the birds and in the scent of the flowers, in the beauty of the woods, in the love and fraternity among humankind. This is God, nourishing souls with such vital things as air and water are for the body.
The singing of the birds nourishes the spirit, the scent of the flowers strengthens the heart, the beauty that enters through the eyes reaches the soul and gives it joy, gives it life.
Go expanding your consciousness and understand the presence of God.
God is not something invisible and non-material in the Celestial Heights. God is the One that Is and without whom nothing could exist. You are, child, constantly in the presence of your Creator, because He is Life itself.
In gratitude and reverence, live accordingly to the God that dwells in you and let perfection express itself not only in your cells, but in all your consciousness. Just as the cells allow themselves, be inhabited and nourished by God, let your consciousness also experiment, being an expression of God in this world. Thus everything will be fulfilled.
