My beloved ones,
Today My feet tread upon the high mountains of the Andes; but beyond the distance, I am close to you, My dear youths of Peace.
Today the Universe recognizes the true efforts of having built, out of love and service, this new edition of the Youth Festival for Peace.
It is in this way that God avails Himself of the impulses that are born within young souls in order to materialize His Work of Love and Mercy.
Now, more than ever, Uruguay needed an edition of the Youth Festival for Peace with extreme urgency, for the young hearts that are there have the commitment to establish the Presence of God in the consciousness of this country; but not an institutionalized God, rather a God that lives with all His Power and His Kingdom within each being.
The Youth Festival for Peace has reached Montevideo, which is the heart of mistaken decisions, in order to give a chance to the consciousness of the Uruguayans that, in spite of its artificial dream and the instilled illusion, must someday recognize that it has distanced itself completely from the one Truth and that the country, being conducted by a few idealists, is moving toward an unrescuable state.
Thus, as Mother of Uruguay and Lady of the Thirty-three, I return once again to the Uruguayan people so that it may hear the voice of the faithful Servant, the Mother of the Uruguayan church corrupted by power and by the indifference before everything the nation freely practices and experiences, distancing itself from the principles of dignity and human fraternity.
The Youth Festival for Peace came to Montevideo to create an inner echo through the voice of the young people, the ones who, in the near future, must face and assume that which a few have decided on for the life of the nations, such as Uruguay, which was called upon to be the cradle for the Return of Christ.
Yet, Uruguay as a society denies the Church of My Son; the Uruguayan people, who used to have a warm devotion, which later became a cold devotion toward God, have lost trust in those who manage Peter's institution.
Here there are many responsible for the faith of the Uruguayans becoming impoverished and completely separated from the Truth; and furthermore, for this faith being turned toward substances and plants that promote a fictitious spiritual freedom.
Do you understand, children, the importance of it being the youth who peacefully promote the change?
Fully into the twenty-first century, Uruguay absolutely believes that, through the practices it has imposed, it has achieved a form of evolution.
Everything that the country experiences today as freedom, granted by the laws of humankind, is the result of an instability in the essence of meaning and discernment.
Through the Festival, Uruguay has the Grace of perceiving that it not only has distanced itself from reality, but that it has also distanced itself from love, because true Love would never allow losing the sense of what is healthy and good.
Uruguay, Uruguay! Awaken from the dream you have entered.
Uruguay! Do not forget that your commitment is sealed by the Light of the New Aurora.
Uruguay! React and do something for your people and for your land before it is too late.
Uruguay, I am your Mother and I come to help you.

My very dear children of Uruguay,
Once again in perseverance and faith, Your Heavenly Mother arrives in Montevideo to remind you of the important commitment to disseminate the devotion to My Immaculate and Maternal Heart throughout this whole country by means of the formation of the nineteen groups of prayer, which will represent this praying flame that will endure the purification of this entire republic.
Dear children, Your Mother has observed the care and the dedication for this to become established; I have also accompanied you and I have prayed with you, My children, so that the barriers of resistance in hearts be broken.
Most Uruguayans have always lived a cold and very mentally oriented devotion; this has caused the whole of Uruguay to halt in time and space. Here you have one of the most important spiritual and natural riches of the planet, after the Amazon. It is for this reason it has always been a stationary nation, little motivated to make a great change in consciousness and in life.
The social values and the human values have decayed a great deal, shortly after this nation, as in other nations, opened the doors to abortion and drugs in an uncontrolled way, which up to now has caused unpayable spiritual debts.
It is for this reason, dear praying children of the entire Uruguay, that the effort for instituting a true work of spirituality and of consciousness will always be important. It will be through each one of My children that the Mother of God will try to generate in the whole of this country an unparalleled opportunity in the face of so many threats that humanity and the world are living today.
Dearest children, do not be discouraged; the knowledge about the true spiritual reality of Uruguay will make you more determined and more open to collaborate and so that the Plan of God may be fulfilled.
As Your Mother and Lady of the 33, today I give you the thirty-three aspirations of the Mother of God so that the Plan of the Creator may be accomplished in Uruguay:
The unification among consciousnesses.
The manifestation of true operative groups of prayer.
The dissemination and the devotion to the Lady of the 33.
Carrying out fraternal works of charity and of awareness, which help in spiritual awakening.
The eradication of negative projects such as abortion and drugs.
The spiritual motivation of pregnant women on how to love Life.
The awareness, for younger ones, of how to love spirituality and how to leave the paths to perdition.
The concretization of communal projects related to organic orchards and the natural reforestation of Uruguay.
Awakening an interest in the talents that each brother or sister holds.
A fraternal relationship with organizations that support the care and protection of the Animal Kingdom.
Creating awareness about vegetarianism and the non-killing of the Animal Kingdom.
The valuing of the life of the Lower Kingdoms and of the spiritual knowledge about the group soul.
The balancing and the care of the ecosystem and contact with Lower Kingdoms.
The collaboration with and the assistance to needy families.
The immediate instruction for poor families about mouth, body, and environmental hygiene.
The cooperation between the associations of Fraternidad concerning the delivery of basic knowledge about the care of life and holistic health to the families of Uruguay.
The importance of protecting the Mineral Kingdom and of knowing the divine aspect of its existence.
The necessary motivation to generate sources of recycling and of conscious cooperation between the garbage recyclers.
Helping to make the hygiene and the holistic care of all those who work with wastes become important.
Collaborating with the needs that arise in the spiritual and higher education of children.
Expanding the importance of taking care of and protecting the animals.
Consciously teaching about the care of dogs.
Learning to love all of Creation.
Encouraging the awakening of awareness about the care for human life.
Fostering principles of cooperation and of fraternity among families.
Recognizing in time the basic needs of children and helping to cover them through the collaboration of all.
Make known the spiritual task of Uruguay with respect to the Center of Aurora.
Teaching each consciousness about what a Soul is and the important values it has before God.
Sharing and teaching actions of love and of peace for those who do not have
them.
Forming groups of prayer responding to the needs for spiritual instruction of each group.
Among the groups of prayer of the different departments of Uruguay, concretizing, monthly, the pilgrim bus to Aurora.
Programming a selfless working rhythm for the experience of receiving new consciousnesses into Aurora, and infusing a love for the Lower Kingdoms and for group life.
Awakening new suns on Earth, which will cooperate with the accomplishment of the Plan of God and of all of His Works for Uruguay.
Through these activities of fraternity, Uruguay will be able to more greatly balance its spiritually generated debts. Thus it is written, for the groups of prayer, the important mission of concretizing the thirty-three principles of the Lady of the 33.
In these works of charity, I will accompany you.

To transform the spirit and the consciousness of a nation, it is necessary that its representatives generate in it such a light that first balances the darkness and then dissipates it.
Prayer is the tool to transform one’s spirit and, as a result, to transform everything which, on the level of the spirit, acts and moves, everything that has life there in it. Action exists to transform consciousness and, thus, reach the consciousness of the nation.
When you pray, you are attracting from the superior worlds the Divine Laws, which transcend the laws of the Earth and, thus, generate merits for salvation and spiritual awakening. When you act, following the steps dictated by God and live in the matter the principles that your souls already know and already understand, you are radiating examples, these are the best source of conversion and salvation for the souls, because a lost soul, without faith and without a prospect of life, finding before itself an example, rather than a doctrine, feels in the heart the hope that a superior life can exist in this world and finds meaning for its own existence.
Uruguay, as a nation, has a primordial mission at the end of times, but, as a consciousness, has accommodated itself in what it is and does not want to strive to live a sudden change. This will cause most of the population to awaken from pain, because people will suffer when they see that nothing they have lived had any real meaning. They will also suffer for not understanding the Will of God and, for it being so different from all that they feel and live, many will prefer to deny it. That is why, the Divine Messengers arrive in this city, which corresponds to the material heart of the nation, the point from which a greater transformation and a greater effort must begin.
Work on all aspects that lead you to the comfort and let your consciousnesses be incorporated into the permanent service, the fraternal life and the constant act of conquering oneself to love the neighbor.
Those who are in this nation, in general, and more so those who were born in it should seek the transcendence of their own tastes and their comforts for the love of their neighbor. This will bring them to the awakening of what God truly expects of all.
It is time for each nation to do its part, to prepare in itself the emergence of a new humanity. This impulse will not come from your governors, nor from those you have beside you, for it will come from each one, whose own example will radiate to all.
I hope that, after this impulse of God, rather than to distribute information, you distribute love, fraternity, service and prayer, beginning with those you have next to you and then expanding to those you want to keep far away.
I love you and so I tell you all these things.
May each nation seek its point of transformation and set out to awaken.
The Most Chaste Saint Joseph, for the consecration of America to the Heart of God the Creator
First of all, dear children, I want to thank all of this Marian group for your sincere dedication, especially in the last few hours, during the trip from the city of Montevideo to Brazil.
To all My other children, today I want to give you this example, the example of the constant selfless giving, which you can understand as the Will of the Lord.
Therefore, dear children, I invite you to walk by means of prayer in the Purpose of God because this Purpose is a celestial idea that the Father plans for the soul that decides to be in the arms of the Creator in order to be accompanied and guided throughout eternity.
My children, as Pilgrim Mother who has been following humanity step by step in this world for many centuries, today I invite you to imitate the path of the pilgrim so that the Love of God may be revealed in your life. A pilgrim who is consecrated to My Immaculate Heart is a soul dedicated to a life of prayer for the world. A pilgrim who is consecrated to the Sacred Heart of Jesus is a spirit in harmony at the feet of the Redeemer. A pilgrim who is consecrated to God is a complete soul, willing to stop living its own will and to remain in the unknown, in Heaven.
Dear children, through the prayer of the heart every day your souls can consecrate themselves to the Will of God. As humanity, this will allow you to find the peace that is lacking in the lives of many of My children. In this way you will find the essence of the true Love of God in your hearts because the soul that prays through the voice of its heart is living in the Love of the Father.
Today I thank all the brave ones for responding to My call, and in the Blessing of Jesus, the Only Son, I give you My Peace.
