May peace reign in your heart so that you know how to understand these times and search for strength in the correct place of your consciousness and your heart.
There will be days in which your weaknesses will go beyond your capacity to overcome yourself and continue on, but in these moments, child, find a place in your heart where you are safe. Look for the Love of Christ, the memory of the embrace of your Lord; look for the knowledge of the Divine Presence, that the Eyes of the Creator are focused on you; be in silence in nature, observe the sun that is born and goes down, bringing peace and retreat toward your heart; look for hope in the Words already pronounced by God through His Messengers; sit in silence and solitude just to breathe and be grateful, and in your weakness, say:
And pronouncing this and any confessions that may emerge from your heart, make space so that God may reveal, not only your emptiness and smallness, but also His greatness, His miracle, His power.
Choose, child, in the depths of your weaknesses, to make space so that Christ may reveal His Grace to the world through the living testimony of your heart.

Make your inner struggles a path to deepen your unity with God and your maturity as a human and spiritual being.
In your deepest difficulties, may you not seek to fulfill your emptiness with that which is even emptier, which are the things of the world.
Search for relief for the pain, healing for your fears, answers to your inner questions, fulfillment for your emptiness, always in God. Seek your Creator in silence, prayer, singing, breathing, serving, and in life itself.
Find the Celestial Father in those who suffer, in those most in need, in those you have by your side, your brothers and sisters on the path, your companions.
Find the Celestial Father in nature, in the air you breathe every day, in silence, in the mystery which lies within you.
Find the Celestial Father in the strength that comes to you from within to make decisions to not remain in childishness, to not fall into temptation, to not make more mistakes and to change.
Find the Celestial Father in the answer of love that you can feel, even for a second, in the drop of water that falls from the sky into the desert of your heart, and which may not quench your thirst, but rather gives you hope.
Thus, child, make every test a gift, an opportunity to find God and to grow.
Pray and serve. Discover that by serving in the simplest things you also find fulfillment, because it is not about undertaking great missions, but stepping out of yourself to love, and may love cleanse your eyes and make you perceive life in a different way.
Pray and make your life a prayer. Thus you will find peace.

Learn today to calm your mind and your heart through prayer, singing and silence which, together with the exercise of breathing with awarenesses, lead you to the state of peace in which you must be.
Learn to be meek before the times that present themselves so that thus, your mind can unite to the heart and together may attract wisdom and divine discernment.
May you be able to stand before all trials in calm and in peace, inside and outside of yourself, and even when hearing, with your inner ears, the trumpets of Divine Justice, may your heart know how to perceive that a Grace is approaching and that the New Time is closer to being a reality.
Always place your heart in the Grace and in the Purpose of God so that you may always find faith and hope in everything. These are not easy times that are approaching the Earth, but there must not be hopelessness in your heart because of this.
Fill your inner world with faith, consolidate in your heart the strength of knowing yourself as part of a Greater Will. And do not be afraid. Let your spirit learn to seek peace and send this peace to your most human bodies.
For this, child, you must create a bond with your higher self, and this is done with intention and with sincere prayer, which will allow you to enter into an elevated state.
Now prepare your consciousness for what is to come, and this is not just externally. Prepare your inner world, your heart and your mind, because that moment is unknown and it will also awaken unknown reactions in you which can destabilize you if you do not learn to be in peace now.

Pray and unite with your spirit.
Pray and find the path to the Heart of God, this way you will be ready to endure all things.

Find the center of your being by meditating upon the Truth and on the divine presence. Do not let the forces of chaos confuse your mind and conduct the purification of your bodies according to their condition of confusion and evil. Seek the center of your being in silence. Place your consciousness in the Cosmos, in the Creator of all things.
The powerful currents that come for the transformation of the Earth have already started to descend over the planet and over beings, and everything within and outside of humanity will intensify.
Let this intensity touch your being and find you in peace so that its action within you is transformative, strengthening the best in you and giving you sufficient inner strength to purify and purge what is of the old humanity.
If your strength is consolidated in your human aspects, you will suffer a lot, child, because the energies that are descending into the world will pull your human condition out by its roots and everything that was based on it will be destabilized.
So then, breathe deeply, become silent and seek the Consciousness of God. Visualize the stars inside of you, and allow the Truth to gain strength within you so that you know it is beyond any experience lived on Earth, and it is there, in the Truth of God, where your consciousness and your heart must be.
The world shakes and your heart shakes with the world. For an instant, halt the flow of your thoughts and make your heart peaceful so that the world may become peaceful with you.
Everything is a question of placing your consciousness in the right place to go through this transition, being a peacemaker rather than someone who needs peace.
