Request of the Virgin Mary: assemble the Sacred Manger and send a photo

The Virgin Mary invites us, again, to realize a special task in December so that, under Her maternal intercession, the love, the purity, and the hope that embrace the birth of the Child God may fill the souls of the world.

She asks us to assemble the Sacred Manger at home and to send a photo beside it. The photographs will be exhibited on Misericordia Maria TV during the transmission of the Christmas Eve Vigil of Prayer (December 24) and the Meeting with the Virgin Mary (December 25).
 

Devotion, simplicity, and creativity

Our Lady aspires that we be simple, creative, and reverent in assembling the Sacred Manger in our homes. What is most important is the devotion that emanates from representing the scenario in which, for our salvation, the King of the Universe became a fragile newborn, in the poor cave of Bethlehem, surrounded by humble shepherds and villagers, in the midst of the Kingdoms of Nature.
 

Intercession for families

With the Sacred Manger in our homes, we will establish a channel of adoration and contemplation through which the Heavenly Mother and Her Angels may act to reconstruct the spirit of unity, peace, and forgiveness in the families of the world. 

Moreover, the Most Holy Mary explained that, in response to Her sweet request, we will be drawing to earth the graces that the Sacred Family of Nazareth received on that blessed night of the Nativity.

The Divine Mother also requested that from December 16 to 24 we pray the Novena for the Reconsecration of the Families of the World to the Sacred Family of Nazareth in front of the Manger. This prayer exercise will be broadcasted through the channel Prayer for Peace in the Nations, except on the evening of the 24, when it will take place with the Christmas Eve Vigil of Prayer, through Misericordia María TV.

This planetary work will culminate at Christmas when photos of the families next to their manger will be shared during the prayer meetings on the 24 and 25.
 

  • GUIDELINES FOR SENDING THE PHOTOS:

    To participate in this spiritual task with the Most Holy Mary, it is requested:
  1.  When sending the photo, write your full name, city, state, and country in the e-mail message (e.g.Carmen Souza, from Sao Carlos, Sao Paulo, Brazil).
     
  2.  If the photo is from a Light-Network or Rosary of Light group, inform which region it belongs to (e.g.: Salvador Light-Network group).
     
  3.  Take the photo in landscape format, i.e. with the mobile phone or camera in a horizontal position.
     
  4.  Send the photo to the email: mangers@associationmary.org
